Filling in [Your Brand] and [primary brand colour] by hand works for one image. For ten, you want to type them once. The brand kit in Prompt Gallery does that: you fill it in one time, and every prompt you open uses it.
Fill in the brand kit
Open any prompt, open Customize, and tick Apply my brand kit. Five fields appear:
| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| Brand name | Northwind |
| Primary brand colour | deep teal #0f766e |
| Accent colour | warm coral #f97360 |
| Heading font | a rounded geometric sans serif |
| Mood | calm, confident, friendly |
The kit is saved in this browser only, as you type. There is nothing to press.
See what it fills
The brand kit fills four placeholders wherever a prompt has them:
[Your Brand]from Brand name[primary brand colour]from Primary brand colour[accent colour]from Accent colour[heading font]from Heading font
These appear in most business prompts: slides, charts, social posts, stationery, merch. In the placeholder fields, you see the brand value as a hint, like "From brand kit: Northwind". Type in a field to override the kit for this one prompt.
Use it on prompts without placeholders
A photo or illustration prompt usually has no brand placeholders. With the kit on, a prompt that uses none of them gets your brand details added at the end, on one line:
Brand name: Northwind. Brand colours: deep teal #0f766e and warm coral #f97360.
Heading font: a rounded geometric sans serif. Mood: calm, confident, friendly.Mood is always added when you fill it, because no placeholder covers it. It is a quiet way to make unrelated images feel like one family.
Choose values that models understand
What you type goes straight into the prompt, so write it for an image model:
- Give colours a name and a hex code. The name steers the model; the code is exact for anyone who checks
- Describe the font's style, not only its name. "A rounded geometric sans serif" works in any model; a font name may not be known
- Keep mood to three adjectives. A long list waters it down
Turn it on and off
The tick box Apply my brand kit is one switch for every prompt. Untick it to see a prompt's original placeholders again; your brand details stay saved for next time. Reset in Customize also switches it off.
The next lesson puts the brand kit to work on a whole set: the kits of prompts for one job.
